How do mobile wax appointments work?
Mobile wax appointments are designed for convenience. I travel directly to your location with my professional wax pot and all necessary supplies to perform your service. This allows you to enjoy your wax in the comfort of your own space without needing to visit a studio.
Are you providing services at a studio?
No.
All services are currently provided on a mobile basis only, meaning I travel to your location for your appointment.
This approach allows clients to enjoy privacy, comfort, and convenience without needing to commute or wait in a traditional salon environment.
What do you bring to the appointment?
I arrive fully equipped with my wax pot, wax, sanitation materials, disposables, and all products required to safely and professionally complete your service.
Do you bring a wax bed?
By default, I do not bring a wax bed. Most clients prefer using their own bed, couch, or a comfortable space at home.
What if I want you to bring a wax bed?
If you require a wax bed, this can absolutely be arranged. An additional $40 fee will apply. Please include this request in the appointment notes when booking so I can prepare accordingly.
Where can the wax be performed?
Wax services are very flexible and can be performed in various areas of your home. Most commonly, services are done on:
• A bed
• A couch
• A clean floor space
As long as there is enough room for me to work comfortably and safely, the service can be performed.
Can the wax be done on the floor?
Yes. A clean, open floor space works perfectly fine and is a common setup for mobile appointments.
What space setup is needed?
All that’s required is a reasonably clean area with enough space for me to move comfortably. Good lighting is helpful but not mandatory.
Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?
No extensive preparation is required. Simply ensure the area where you’d like the service performed is accessible and comfortable.
Do I need to specify my location when booking?
Yes — this is very important.
Before completing your booking, you must include the exact location/address where you’d like the service performed. Please also specify if there is parking easily available or not. This ensures proper scheduling, travel planning, and timing.
What happens if I forget to include the location?
Your appointment may be delayed or require follow-up before confirmation. Providing your location upfront helps avoid unnecessary delays.
Is there anything else I should include in the notes?
If you require a wax bed, please clearly state:
“I need the wax bed.”
This ensures I arrive fully prepared.
How do payments work?
Appointments may be booked using a credit card.
Any remaining balances must be paid using one of the following methods:
• Cash
• CashApp
• Zelle
Please note that credit cards are only accepted for booking payments, not remaining balances.
