Policies: Read carefully before booking!

• There is a 50% Non-Refundable deposit at booking. You will pay the remaining balance on the day of your appointment.
• Appointments are approved a few days before your scheduled date. Once it is approved unfortunately there is no option to cancel for a refund. You will be asked to log in and reschedule up to 24 hours before your date, if your original selected date and time do not work for you.
• The scheduling system places a hold on your card for the deposit on the day you book, and then refunds it. Once your appointment is approved you will officially be charged. If your deposit is declined by your card company your appointment will be rejected. You will be allowed to book with a different card.
• You may reschedule your appointment 24 hours BEFORE your appointment time. However, if you don’t make it on time the Deposit will not be refunded with NO Reschedule option.
• There is a 24 hour cancelation policy, you must reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours before the day and time of the actual appointment. If you do not reschedule and for any reason you cannot make it, you will lose your deposit and unfortunately will not be allowed to reschedule that appointment. You will be asked to schedule a new appointment with a new deposit.
• YOU MUST ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME AT THE TIME OF THE APPOINTMENT. Understandably things happen therefore we grant a 10 minute grace period. If you do not make it within 10 minutes of your appointment time your appointment will be canceled, you will have to make a new appointment with a new deposit. By booking you agree to this.
• PLEASE SET YOUR OWN REMINDERS OF YOUR CORRECT APPOINTMENT DAY AND TIME. We are not responsible for you forgetting about your appointment and missing it and therefore you will not obtain a refund. You are advised to set a reminder of the correct date and time, make sure to double check the date you selected is the actual date and time you want.
• Any NO CALL NO SHOWS  will be blocked from scheduling future appointments. If something happens and you cannot make it please let us know by texting 347-778-3322.

• By booking you agree to all of the above information, the 24 hour cancellation/same day reschedule and lateness policy.

Note: The booking system, Square appointments, sends 2 reminders and a confirmation. Although some people complain about all of these reminders, we have found that many corporate spas do the same. We do this in the effort to ensure people make it to their appointment on time on the correct day as more often then not people forget the time to come, don't save their appointments in calendars, don't set their own reminders and even show up at the wrong date and time. We have tested no reminders, 1 reminder, and the current amount of reminders and have found that people make it most the way it is currently set up and we sincerely apologize in advance if the reminders annoy our customers.
