What is it?
It is a paint roller type of tool that is used for the face for skin care treatment and purposes. It is made from a jade stone. There are other stone rollers available that are also great for the skin such as rose quartz rollers.

By using a jade roller you roll a jade stone on the face that serves multiple healing purposes that are great for your skin and the lymph nodes.
What are the benefits?
Jade rollers promote lymphatic drainage. It reduces puffiness of the face along with inflammation that is due to an inactive lymphatic system. The lymphatic system drains the lymph system via its network of vessels from tissues into blood. It also helps with wrinkles on the face and firms skin. The jade stone boosts elasticity, and improves blood circulation. It is thought of as a facial workout that has been shown to slim the face.
How to use it?
Move the jade roller rolling the stone from the center of the face in outward and upward motions. In doing so you roll the stone via the lymph nodes. This will promote the drainage of fluid which gets the system to continue moving. The rolling process takes 2 to 4 minutes. You can use it on a clean face before or after applying a serum, face oil or moisturizer and will feel most comfortable after doing so. You can use it twice a day, morning and evening after your face has been washed but you can use it more than that if you’d like. If you put it in the freezer you can even boost the power of depuffing.Â
